Dolores site had announced it yesterday:
On January 9th, 2009 Dolores, Noel and Mike will reunite and perform at the University Philosophical Society, Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland. The performance will be part of Dolores' induction as an Honorary Patron at the Phil
Noel confirmed it in his myspace today:

If anyone is in Dublin on January 9th, I will be performing with Dolores and Mike from the Cranberries and at the University Philosophical Society, Trinity College, Dublin. The performance will be part of Dolores' induction as an Honorary Patron at the Phil and it is the first time we will have played together in nearly six years.

I don't think it'll be broadcasted, 'cause it seems to be something so "private", regarding the Phil and the Phil only... I looked at their website, but there's nothing about that yet ._.
